The control mount is square and looks good after measuring it bolted in place.
Matched rilled all of the centre section parts and deburred. Cleaned and primed.
Countersunk the two flush 4-4 rivets for under the F-804G-1
Riveted the nutplates to the F-8804C-FL fwd bulkhead.
Riveted nutplates to the F-814E'a and F-804s.
Clecoed the F-804C-FL and FR to the forward centre section, placed the bolts in place, and riveted the accessible rivets as per the plans with the squeezer. Could have finsihed all of the riveting tonight but the family is in bed.
Clecoed the F-804C-AL and AR to the aft centre section, placed the bolts in place to ensure fit. Clecoed the F-814E-L-1 and R-1 in place along with the F-804J-L1 and R-1.
The bolts for the F-814s were only hand tightened for the time.
Riveted what I could with the squeezer.
Had to see how the centre section lined up. Looks good. One thing I have to look into is the F-804C-FR to see if the nutplates are supposed to be riveted on or not. can't find it anywhere in the plans.
